Ebay Find #1

I have decided to do a few Ebay finds as I am on it 24/7 and if I cannot find items in the charity shop or high street I opt for Ebay. Which, Of course never fails to amaze me....

I LOVE this batman jumper and it falls into one of those FAD trends for this A/W 2012...
All in all this costs under £10 including P&P and I would say a bargain as high street raise their prices a HELL of a lot more

Simply just THE best photographer...

Just a quickie post today as I have been super duper busy with college work...
AND BODY SHOP ARGH, as you can tell my room is immacculate ;)
I have even built a fort with my body shop boxes as I literally have no choice but to live in those boxes now since I have no space in my room.
It is rather fun though, I even made a cardboard sword and a space-ship...
You may be the judge of the title ;)
OH DEAR, my photography skills really are preposterous.
I mean seriously I had a tripod and even had the instruction manuel out...
This is what you call an ikea disaster, you can't read swedish but still manage to put the shelves together wonderfully with bubblegum.

I will be posting more outfits and DIY's soon!
Eye peepers peeled people.
Kisses and what not darlings,

Nitter Natter

Hello!
Gosh, A LOT has happened since I last blogged!
I have missed posting outfits and haven't done many D.I.Y's recently due to my busy life! I never thought I would say that! Ha!
My mum has just had a baby, so I have a lovely little sister and I have been kept a busy bee with all the BodyShop party orders and was in London last week so to say the least it has been hectic!
So last week I was in London doing work experience with Woman's Weekly magazine!
I was so excited and the team were so lovely and chatty that I felt very welcome. I was given a number of tasks such as working in the styling cupboard, making tea (which I actually love doing!) and gathering PR shots for a feature in their magazine. As I assisted Anne with 'Yes, you can wear it!' feature my name will be in the magazine in small print saying 'assisted by...' YAHHH!!
For my first experience of working with a magazine, I felt that that is the career path I want to take as a stylist and eventually a fashion editor of a magazine!
For helping out I was also given the chance to rummage through the tights and accessories and choose a selection of items! ARGH. It was simply incredible and there was never a dull moment. I do understand that there will be in the future with work experience but I will power on through with a smile on my face. Sooo hopefully Instyle and Marie Claire magazine next. ;)
After crashing with my wild mate, I realised I want to live in London, the atmosphere and people ate so inspiring and taking in all the sight seeing was incredible!

So this week is half term and I am currently finishing sketchbook work for college and choosing my trouser design that will be made in the forthcoming months in time for LFW 2013.
I am also looking at how I will style my trousers and find my style inspired by grunge/biker yet I love girly aspects aswell so I am thinking a chainmail long sleeved top spray-painted in girly colours either pastels or even rainbow coloured chain but I cannot for the life of me find any! So if any of you have any idea where and how, please help and comment below! I will be extremely grateful!

I have also been getting back into my knitting due to being up to date with colleg work. I have found a little something called extreme knitting which is basically knitting on a larger scale. At the moment I have size 20 needles which are rather large but would love to find size 30 for knitting with. I adore chunky knits so this is a project I am hoping to finish this week and shall post for all you guys to see. :)

I need to do D.I.Y's!! Ihave missed posting them for soo long!! I still do them but seem to forget to post them...

Sorry about the blabber,
but I am thinkning about vlogging (video blogging).
What do you think!?
Have you guys tried it, let me know!

Jail house rock

Leather jacket (D.I.Y Studded): Primark
Maxi dress from charity shop: £1.75
Belt from charity shop: £1
Lita knock off's ;) Ebay of course!
Top knot bun: MYSELF YAH!

As you can tell, I think you can agree when I say I fail tremendously at 'posey' pictures.
I do love a good old pulling-a-chipmunk-face. Also my top knot bun has NEVER been so high and mighty before so I accented this with placing my hand bizarrely on top. Yes, I am wearing litas (knock off, of course. Like I could afford JC's..) because firstly they look good with this dress, secondly, I never seem to wear them often and so I made the most of them. Thirdly, because they make me look less like grumpy the dwarf and more like lanky daddy-long legs. Yah?!

Also, this dress was featured on my last post of recent bargain buys and when I bought it I wasn't as fond of it and thought about D.I.Ying it but after wearing it at college and Lita's I realized this is one of my fave bargain dresses! Hmm, should I pack it?
So I am off to do work experience next week with 'Women's weekly' magazine and have started to pack prepare as I am ridicously unorganized!
But I will be on it for this trip, I sware!
So decisions on what to pack is a girls worst nightmare! So I am going to share with you a couple of tips I came across whilst packing...

This may not suit everyone but this is my personal list of must haves...

1. Always take a hat! A hat instantly updates any outfit.
2. Have at least 1 going out dress for a night out and then throw on a baggy jumper for a glamorous bottom half casual day look.
3. A pair of heels, a pair of flats (creepers for me!) and a pair of boots!
4. A leather jacket, a blazer and a denim jacket. Alternate between different looks!
5. A maxi dress
6. A ridicously outrageous to
7. Body shop beautifying oil, use on hair, moisturises and illuminates the face and body! 3 IN 1!
8. Purse spray
9. A good book read
10. Ipod and phone charger...Damn I always forget these!
11. A shawl for those odd English hot days in the middle of Autumn..
12. CAMERA!
13. Vintage scarf
14. Body shop eye reviver for those hungover sundays...
15. 2 piece suit is a must!
16. Belts: Gold, silver, rainbow coloured! Whatever floats your boat
17. Red and purple lippy
18. Rings and things
19. Tights, over knee and lace ankle socks: These also may be small features but give your look a complete makeover.
20. Something glittery! Either glitter on your eyes, shoes, hair or body!
21. Note pad and pens
22. Business cards are fabulous with getting your blog out there!

Okay, so I didn't realise what a list I made till after I wrote this. Although, the majority of these items are small, easy to pack and don't take up too much room but these are my essentials but if you have any more to add, comment below because I am stumped on what else!

Can you help me? Haha!

Choc chip shortbread.

D.I.Y leggings
vintage print shirt from charity shop: £1.75
D.I.Y Metallic jacket (originally a dress!)
Rucksack from the market: £3.99

Hello!
Just a quick outfit post today as I am feeling very under the weather but still made the effort going into college and do a blog post! Also that is why my eyes are half closed on the majority of these pictures...So I have been munching on chocolate chip shortbread all day to make me feel happy.

The metallic jacket was originally a dress that I made for a London trip last year with college and  where I ended up getting photographed by Italian Vogue! WOOP.
But I decided to make it into a jacket because it wasn't very flattering as a dress.
Anyway it is friday tomorrow!
Bye guys!
